I have been waiting for it. Here in Iligan City and Cagayan de Oro City, I have noticed that 80 percent of the voters are for the Duterte's. The declaration of Sara to run for the presidency makes it difficult for the congressmen to sign impeachment against her considering that she has clearly demonstrated her intent to run for the presidency. Sara Duterte is the only national political leader that unites all local political factions that I noticed not only in these two highly urbanized cities where I live but also in Lanao del Norte and Misamis Oriental provinces.
This move is not only strategic, this echoes what the people have been waiting for so long she would do to save this country from apparent disarray.
